Are you interested in getting your feet wet in the baking field? This job is for YOU! With eagerness and hard work , this position will allow you to learn some basic baking skills and important tasks that keep the kitchen running. This job will need an energetic worker who is self-motivated and willing to learn.
If you know your way around an oven and your baking repertoire includes more than chocolate chip cookies, we are looking for you! With the chance to work side by side with our head baker, you will become an expert at baking all kinds of Gable House goodness. Being creative, easy going, and detail oriented will ensure you a great fit with our team!
Requirements:

Undertake basic baking duties such as making icings and fillings and preparing various doughs.

Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.

Measure ingredients to be used in baking.

Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible

Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.

Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Be able to wait on customers on occasion.
